Hemp-derived semi-synthetic novel cannabinoid (Tetrahydromethylisopentyl-ethylcannabinol); the Cheech & Chong Ghost Hit / InvisaWeed class compound. Marketed as a non-detect, THC-like super-sativa. TRAP: a non-THC semi-synthetic reads non-detect on a THC panel, so state synthetic-cannabinoid bans reach it (no natural-extraction escape) while delta-9/total-THC caps may not. Semi-synthetic origin -> at high risk of exclusion from the hemp definition at the Nov 12, 2026 federal cliff (P.L. 119-37 Sec. 781). Delivery form (vape vs edible) is a determination dimension, not a separate compound.
Map shows edible / ingestible. Forms tracked: Edible / ingestible, Vape / inhalable. Each state page lists every form.
