What the record says

Mechanism: 5-MAPB is NOT named and no benzofuran is scheduled in 16 Del. C. 4714. Reached by the designer-drug definition 16 Del. C. 4701(10) (chemical structure substantially similar to, or specifically designed to/may produce an effect substantially similar to, a controlled substance; enumerated chemical classes include Phenethylamines and any synthetic analogue of a controlled substance), made OPERATIVE for the drug-dealing crimes (subchapters IV-V) and forfeiture by 4701(7). MDMA and MDA are scheduled anchors. Basis INTERPRETIVE. Loose zone: whether a benzofuran entactogen is a 'Phenethylamine'/'synthetic analogue' substantially similar to MDMA/MDA - strong fit but a fact-dependent designer-drug determination, not a named listing. Correction vs seed: none; re-verified 4701(7) and 4701(10) verbatim against official Delaware Code Online.
